The versatility is thanks to the ideal combination of plush cushioning, a grippy outsole and impressively durable lugs that won't wear down quickly on hard packed trails or pavements.

Taking its plush cushioning to the next level with even more foam added to the midsole, the Challenger 8 has also introduced an increased heel-to-forefoot drop, raising it from 5mm to 8mm. This might come as a bit of a surprise to loyal Challenger wearers, but this change may appeal to heel strikers. 

With an improved fit, plush collar, durable 3D printed rubber toe cap and a lightweight breathable mesh upper, all-round comfort is assured. The Challenge 8 strikes the ideal balance of providing protective cushioning while maintaining a responsive toe-off for when you want to pick up the pace.
